Binary Networks

These are where you pay us a recurring fee; either monthly, quarterly or annually and in return we will agree to carry out certain tasks for you at no additional cost.

Support contracts can be for remote support that covers all your machines and servers and we will do whatever you ask of us provided that it can be done remotely, which is a lot more than you might think.  Additionally they can include:-

• labour costs either as a package of hours or a set amount over a given time frame. 
• hardware cover in the event of failure.
• standby hardware
• anything else you think you may need.
